RIVERVIEW TERRACE OFFICE COMPLEX

The Riverview Terrace project is a 5-story, 149,597 square foot office complex with subterranean parking below the offices. The building sets on a Brownfield site and overlooks the San Joaquin River. The structural façade glazing is reflective glass, which minimizing heat ingress and solar glare while allowing unobstructed views from the offices.
